To complete your display, we offer the option to choose one of our elegant display planters and include a potting charge. This service ensures that your artificial Aralia tree is expertly delivered into the chosen planter, creating a seamless and sophisticated presentation. Both tree options require a base with a width and height of 35cm or more to accommodate the display.

For outdoor settings, we also offer a UV version of the Aralia tree, specially designed to withstand exterior conditions while maintaining its lifelike appearance and charm.

Whether you select the 160cm or 180cm option, our artificial Aralia tree promises to elevate your indoor space with its timeless beauty and effortless elegance.

When choosing your products each one will state an estimate lead time at the point of checkout you will be given a window for delivery. This is usually 7-10 working days. We always aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Should your order be urgent please do not hesitate to contact us as we will always try our best to help!

On the day that your order is dispatched we will notify you with an email of your tracking number from the courier. Deliveries are on a next working day service 9am-5pm. If you will be out within this time on the day of your delivery you can leave a signed note on the door requesting the courier to leave the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place. This is at your own risk. The courier will try and deliver for 3 consecutive working days before returning the order back to us!

Shipping charges are not refunded. We need to be made aware of the intention to return within 5 working days of delivery. You may return the goods at your own cost for a full refund. Alternatively we can arrange a courier collection which is charged at £20 and deducted from the refund.

*Pallet delivery goods may incur a higher charge. If in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to advise. Due to the quality of our goods returns are extremely low!
