Delivery Timescales

 

When choosing your products each one will state an estimated lead time. This is usually 3 -5 days and at most 7-10 working days. We always aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Once your order is placed we will update you as your order progresses to dispatch,

 

 

On the day that your order is dispatched, we will notify you with an email of your tracking number from TNT. Deliveries are on a next working day service 9-5pm. If you will be out within this time on the day of your delivery you can leave a signed note on the door requesting the courier to leave the goods with a neighbor or in a safe place. This is at your own risk.

 

If you need your order on or by a certain date please do get in touch and our team will always try to meet your needs.

UK Mainland 

Orders with a total value of under £100 delivery is charged at £8.50.

Orders with a value of over £100 we offer free delivery to mainland UK.

Ireland and Northern Ireland – Additional £25 Shipping Charge

Worldwide – We are happy to ship worldwide. Please email us with your full delivery address and a list of products you would like shipped and the team will be happy to provide you with a quotation.

What Happens if my order is damaged?

When you receive your order if you are in any doubt of the contents of the box having arrived safely please sign on the driver's document as unchecked or damaged. If this is not done the courier will take no responsibility for damages and therefore a claim cannot be made.

Can I Return My Order?

Returning Your Items

If you would like to arrange a return and refund, please see below the options and requirements.

  • Within 5 working days of receiving your delivery, we need to be made aware of your intention to return the order.
  • Please email sales@artificialplants.co.uk with your order number and details of what you wish to return and whether you will be returning the goods yourself as below or you would like a collection to be arranged.
  • Items must be received back in the condition they were sent with original packaging.
  • inside the package please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note.

Our team will be happy to arrange a collection of your unwanted goods on your behalf. This is at a cost of £20 which will be deducted from your refund. Should you wish to do this please email sales@artificialplants.co.uk with your collection address.

The cost of returning unwanted goods/goods ordered in error is the customer's responsibility. As mentioned above you may pay a courier direct or we are happy to arrange a collection for £20 which will be deducted from your refund. We strongly recommended using a service that is tracked and requires a proof of delivery signature. Original delivery charges are not refunded and will be deducted if charged from your refund.
