Artificial Olive Tree Review – Everything You Need To Know

We take a closer look at one of our best selling artificial trees, the Multi-trunk Artificial Olive Tree available in 3 sizes. These trees are incredibly realistic and resemble an olive tree of about 10 years in age. They have real, natural trunks and ultra-lifelike foliage that has been hand foliated. The foliage starts at 45cm on the 1.5m tree, at 65cm on the 1.8m tree and at 85cm on the 2.1m tree.

In this review we’ll look at how to pot the tree and how to get it ready to display following delivery.

Hi, I’m Katherine from The Artificial Plants Shop and this is our 2.1 metre,  natural trunk Artificial Olive Tree. This is available in 3 different sizes online. All of  the trees have a natural trunk and come in the black stabiliser base that you can see there.  

How do you pot this artificial Olive tree?

It’s really easy to pot that at home, you can pot it in like that and surround it with sand, stone, soil or pebbles. You can bulk it up with rolled up paper, polystyrene, anything you’ve got at home. If it’s an outdoor tree it’s slightly different and we’ll cover that in another video. The tree,  as I said, has a natural trunk, it’s all foliated by hand.

How do you set up the tree and how long does it take?

It takes, we find, around 5 minutes to open out the tree from delivery. If you take hold of the branches gently, this one has been opened  out obviously, and fold them to your desired width. When we say the width on the website, we are talking about the widest points of the foliage. This can be manipulated if you  wanted the tree to fit in a slimmer area you could fold the foliage more upwards, not open it out as much and it wouldn’t take up as much room. Or if you want to take up more space, do the opposite.

Where should the tree be displayed?
