 The Artificial Ficus Lyrata is available in 3 sizes as follows.

90cm Tall X 70cm Wide - Base 16.5cm Diameter

130cm Tall X 70cm Wide - Base 16.5cm Diameter

190cm Tall X110cm Wide - Base 18cm Diameter

The base the tree is sold in is a small Black pot filled with concrete to give the tree stability in a display planter. If you have your own display planter simply place the lyrata into the pot and cover the stabiliser pot with, sand, gravel or decorative stones. Or choose one of your display planters and we can pot the tree using an expanding foam and moss topping which will hold the tree in place.

When choosing your products each one will state an estimate lead time at the point of checkout you will be given a window for delivery. This is usually 7-10 working days. We always aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Should your order be urgent please do not hesitate to contact us as we will always try our best to help!

On the day that your order is dispatched we will notify you with an email of your tracking number from the courier. Deliveries are on a next working day service 9am-5pm. If you will be out within this time on the day of your delivery you can leave a signed note on the door requesting the courier to leave the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place. This is at your own risk. The courier will try and deliver for 3 consecutive working days before returning the order back to us!

Shipping charges are not refunded. We need to be made aware of the intention to return within 5 working days of delivery. You may return the goods at your own cost for a full refund. Alternatively we can arrange a courier collection which is charged at £20 and deducted from the refund.

*Pallet delivery goods may incur a higher charge. If in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to advise. Due to the quality of our goods returns are extremely low!
