Our bespoke artificial eucalyptus tree is expertly handcrafted in the UK using a real timber stem and high-quality artificial eucalyptus foliage for an exceptionally realistic finish. Each tree is individually built by our in-house team of skilled tree builders and made to the highest standards, ensuring outstanding attention to detail and natural form.

This particular tree measures 2.6m high x 2.6m wide, making it a striking statement feature and ideal for office receptions, hotels, and the home. The tree is constructed with a main trunk, with additional branches supplied separately and added on-site during fitting, allowing for easier access, installation, and final shaping.

As every tree is made to order, we can custom-build eucalyptus trees to virtually any size or specification to suit your space. We aim to work to within 4 weeks for the bespoke trees, but please call us to discuss this.

When choosing your products each one will state an estimate lead time at the point of checkout you will be given a window for delivery. This is usually 7-10 working days. We always aim to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Should your order be urgent please do not hesitate to contact us as we will always try our best to help!

On the day that your order is dispatched we will notify you with an email of your tracking number from the courier. Deliveries are on a next working day service 9am-5pm. If you will be out within this time on the day of your delivery you can leave a signed note on the door requesting the courier to leave the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place. This is at your own risk. The courier will try and deliver for 3 consecutive working days before returning the order back to us!

Shipping charges are not refunded. We need to be made aware of the intention to return within 5 working days of delivery. You may return the goods at your own cost for a full refund. Alternatively we can arrange a courier collection which is charged at £20 and deducted from the refund.

*Pallet delivery goods may incur a higher charge. If in any doubt please contact us and we will be happy to advise. Due to the quality of our goods returns are extremely low!
